- 1/two cup soy sauce
- one tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Chinese chives

- one pound ground pork
- three cloves garlic, minced
- one egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped Chinese chives
- two tablespoons soy sauce

- one tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 50 dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

- Combine one/two cup soy sauce, rice vinegar, one tablespoon chives, sesame seeds, and chile sauce in a little bowl. Set aside.
- Combine pork, garlic, egg, two tablespoons chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a large bowl till thoroughly combined. Place a dumpling wrapper on a lightly floured perform surface and spoon about one tablespoon of the filling in the middle. Wet the edge with a small water and crimp together forming tiny pleats to seal the dumpling. Repeat with remaining dumpling wrappers and filling.
- Heat one to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a massive skillet over medium-higher heat. Location eight to ten dumplings in the pan and cook until browned, about two minutes per side.
